16k Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 16k platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 16k platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 16k platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The 16k platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online entertainment services is permitted in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the 16k platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence.
- Use a strong and unique password for your 16k account.
- Avoid using unsecured public networks when accessing your account.
- Log out of your account after use on any shared device.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 16k platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, or anything that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful content through the platform.
- Taking any action intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operations of the 16k platform.
- Using your account for money laundering or any unlawful financing activities.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where necessary, further legal action.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 16k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods, including FPX and TNG eWallet.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the respective payment provider, typically within a few minutes. 16k is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the required identity verification. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. 16k reserves the right to reject or suspend withdrawals where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Transaction Responsibility
Once a transaction has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring the amount entered is correct before confirming any transaction.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
The 16k platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the absence of ongoing errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 16k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
This includes, but is not limited to: data loss, service interruptions, disputed game outcomes, or technical failures beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 16k platform — including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of the platform operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 16k platform may contain references to third-party services or providers, such as payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services.
6. Account Policies, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
16k reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
- Providing false information during registration.
- Requests from relevant authorities.

Term Amendments
16k reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such amendments take effect will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
